This is 'can't yet be attempted', not 'hasn't been attempted'. The mathematical framework, the scientific theory, or the basic conceptual model that any solution would need simply doesn't exist yet — like trying to build guarantees for deep learning without a theory of why it generalizes, or predicting traits from genomes without knowing the rules that connect them. Active research may be under way, but everyone is still building the foundations.
