3 problems carry one user, self-contained
stakeholders:single-user
The simplest stakeholder shape — and the rarest in the collection, with only a few briefs. One person uses the solution and it works without permission, integration, or coordination from anyone else. Problems this clean rarely stay unsolved for long, which is exactly why so few survive into a collection of persistent problems. Note that this describes the problem's stakeholder structure, not who a product might target.
